When a customer separately and voluntarily opts in to the Surge Electric Review Follow-Up text program, we may also use the customer's mobile number to send post-service feedback or Google review requests and limited reminders for that job.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Surge Electric LLC does not sell or share SMS opt-in data, mobile phone numbers, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Necessary service providers may process this information only as needed to provide communications or other requested business services on our behalf and subject to appropriate use restrictions.

The Surge Electric LLC Review Follow-Up program is optional and is used for post-service feedback or Google review requests and limited reminders. Customers who separately opt in may receive up to 3 review-follow-up text messages per job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase electrical services. Opting out of review-follow-up SMS does not affect service, payment, warranty, or other customer rights under the applicable job agreement.

Service Providers

We may use vendors and processors that support website hosting, communications, payments, analytics, security, recordkeeping, or other business operations. These providers may process information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for Surge Electric LLC and are not authorized by us to use SMS opt-in data or messaging consent for their own marketing.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain business and service records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet legal obligations.
