Project-Specific Agreements Control

These website terms do not replace or modify a project-specific estimate, proposal, invoice, warranty, payment term, exclusion, change order, or signed agreement. The scope, pricing, payment terms, exclusions, warranties, and other terms for electrical work are governed by the applicable project documents provided to the customer.

Website Use

You may use this website for lawful purposes related to learning about Surge Electric LLC, requesting service, reviewing project information, or contacting the business. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use website content in a misleading or unlawful manner.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, website text, project descriptions, photographs, graphics, branding, and other original content are owned by or used with permission by Surge Electric LLC. Content may not be reproduced or presented as another business's work without permission.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program name: Surge Electric LLC Review Follow-Up.

Customers who separately and voluntarily opt in may receive an optional post-service feedback or review request, followed by up to two reminders for that job. Message frequency is up to 3 review-follow-up text messages per job after separate customer opt-in.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to cancel future automated messages for the Surge Electric LLC Review Follow-Up program. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact Surge Electric LLC at nestor@surgeelectricreno.com or 775-287-6348.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing electrical services. Standard carrier, messaging, and data charges are determined by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by Surge Electric LLC.
