EV Chargers
Installed a Tesla Wall Connector on the exterior side of a Reno garage for convenient driveway charging. The dedicated circuit was routed through the garage and brought out directly behind the charger for a clean installation without exposed exterior raceway or a charging cable passing beneath the garage door.
The Homeowner's Goal
The homeowner wanted the Tesla Wall Connector mounted outside the garage so the vehicle could be charged conveniently in the driveway. The goal was to avoid pinching the charging cable beneath the garage door and to keep the exterior installation clean, protected, and easy to use.
Existing Conditions
The preferred charging location was on the exterior wall of the garage, while the electrical source and practical wiring route were inside. The circuit needed to be routed through the garage and brought through the wall directly behind the charger so the exterior would remain clean and the charging cable would not need to pass under the garage door.

Final Result
The completed installation provides convenient outdoor Tesla charging with a clean exterior appearance and no exposed raceway running across the wall. The Wall Connector is securely mounted, installed for outdoor use, and positioned so the charging cable can reach the vehicle without being crushed beneath the garage door. The system was configured for the maximum charging capability supported by the dedicated circuit.
