Installed new under-cabinet lighting throughout a Reno kitchen to improve countertop visibility and give the space a brighter, more finished appearance. The new low-profile LED lighting provides even illumination across the work surfaces while remaining discreet beneath the cabinets.
The Homeowner's Goal
The homeowner wanted better task lighting across the kitchen countertops and a cleaner, more modern lighting setup beneath the upper cabinets. The goal was to improve everyday visibility without adding bulky fixtures or changing the appearance of the cabinetry.
Existing Conditions
The kitchen had limited lighting directly over the countertop work areas. Although the general room lighting provided basic illumination, portions of the counters remained darker and did not have dedicated task lighting beneath the cabinets.
