The Homeowner’s Goal

What the project needed to accomplish.

The homeowner wanted the electrical finishes throughout the house to match a fresh, modern interior. This was a whole-home update covering the everyday devices on the walls as well as the lighting and ceiling fans overhead, bringing a consistent look to the living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, and hallways.

Existing Conditions

What we found before starting.

The home had older switches, receptacles, light fixtures, and ceiling fans that the homeowner wanted replaced. Before photos show the older cream-colored switches and brass entry fixture. Work-in-progress photos document device replacement in the bathroom and bedroom as the electrical portion of the remodel moved from room to room.
