The Homeowner's Goal
The homeowner wanted to modernize the appearance of the home without completing a major remodel. The goal was to replace the older lighting fixtures and ceiling fans throughout the property with updated fixtures that better matched the home's refreshed interior and provided a more consistent appearance from room to room.
Existing Conditions
The home contained a mixture of older exterior lights, vanity lights, hanging fixtures, chandeliers, and ceiling fans. Although many of the existing fixtures were still operational, their different styles and finishes made the interior feel dated and visually inconsistent. Several fixtures were also installed on high or vaulted ceilings that required careful access and installation planning.
